All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or company letter (for corporate accounts only). Any direct reservation by guests or travel agents shall not be entitled to these special rates.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received 24 hours prior to the expected day of arrival and may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge for one night's accommodation.

Weather

Rawalpindi enjoys the best of all seasons. Winter begins in November with the nights getting surprisingly cold. Summer starts in May and continues till October with temperature often exceeding 40 degrees Celsius. Monsoons are from July to late September.
